Fight depression and soothe anxiety in 15 minutes a day.

Demonstrate daily acts of kindness both big and small (for others, and for yourself)

Are you tired? Are you feeling low? Are you kind of grumpy? Is adulting difficult?
If you answered yes to any of those then this course is for you! (And even if you didn't answer yes, this course is also for you)
These are my goals for you over the next 5 days:
Define kindness for yourself.
Understand the impact of loving kindness towards yourself (and others).
Reap the benefits of being kind (focus, positive mindset, physical health).
At the end of this course it is my hope that you will continue your new kindness and continue to change the world one kind act at a time!
I have made each challenge into bite sized pieces that should only take 10-15 minutes and include things like journaling and physically conducting acts of kindness to assist in solidifying your life-changing kickass kindness experience. Kindness has been shown to reduce the impact of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
